The sanger-coulson sequencing is a method of DNA sequencing. All the reagents are needed to be present in the reactions tubes that includes the DNA template, enzyme RNA polymerase, primers, dNTPs, and ddNTPs. The visualization of DNA bands is done by polyacrylamide gel. It is an invivo technique which was developed by Fredrick Sanger and colleagues in the year 1977.
