It is important that cardiac muscle tissue does not tire so that a continuous supply of Oxygen to the tissues is maintained. Otherwise, the metabolic activities of the body will cease.

    Explanation:

Cardiac muscles are the muscles of the heart.

The pumping mechanism of the heart is due to the contraction and relaxation of cardiac muscles.

The blood that carries oxygen is transported to the different tissues of the body through the blood vessels and provides the oxygen to the tissues for metabolic functions.

If cardiac muscles tire, then the heart will stop pumping and oxygenated blood will not reach the cells. Deficiency of oxygen will result in reduced ATP production and soon the activities of tissues will cease and multiple organ failure will occur.

This will lead to the death of the individual.
