    A. Cells are able to maintain homeostasis by excreting materials.

    Explanation:

Homeostasis is the ability to maintain stability of our body by the removal of waste products from the body by the process of excretion. Homeostasis maintains blood pressure, blood glucose level, levels of electrolytes such as Na+, K + etc.

Excretion is the removal of byproducts, excess of water and salts such as sodium, potassium, uric acid, etc from our body. If excretion doesn't takes place these materials will retain in the body itself it may cause disturbance in homeostasis.
