    Explanation:

    To begin, every accident in a hospital has to be immediatly reported to the supervisor in charge. Even if it wasn't harmful, there are several forms that have to be filled in order to avoid further accidents.

    Also, the supervisor has to follow the procedures needed. In this case, even though you have all the vaccines, in order to prevent any symptom, you have to be in medication immediatly, not in two weeks but right away.

    The other set of vaccines is not needed because you were already in contact with the infection and your inmunity system already made defenses for further exposures.
