    Many but most commonly Clogged Arteries.

    Explanation:

    If a Person has poor nutritional habits and does not exercise after a meal could have adverse side affects to their circulatory system. The blood is constantly moving through the body but when you exercise it moves at a higher rate. When you have poor nutritional choices plague builds up on the walls and can stay there if not moved by a strong blood stream. Large clots of plague can clog the artery and can lead to Strokes and Heart attacks.
