    Variable is a term which is used to describe the many factors that might be difference between the experiment and the control group.

    Explanation:

    A factor is termed as variable when a value of a thing keeps on changing continuously prospect of time throughout the experiment. It is the opposite of constant factor. Variables are very important for determination of result of a experiment because the value which is needs to be changed should be done very carefully as it could alter the result of the experiment. It is the duty of observer to keep up a continuous eye on the factor.
