Hurricane Willa

Explanation:

Willa Hurricane, was formed in October of 2018. It was a hurricane formed in Mexico's Pacific coast. It had a speed of 155 mph, just one mph before of being category 5. It moved from San Blas coastline, passing to Mazatlan until las Islas Marias (an ancient prision).
