Were certain areas of your tongue more sensitive to tastes than others? Describe your answer using your observations.

    Generally in our tongue there are four parts. These four parts give us different taste.

    From the diagram we can say that our front part of tongue give us the taste about salt and sweet.

    The side parts of our tongue give us the taste about sour. And we all observed that when we are eating some sour food we feel some water in our mouth.

    The inner most part of our tongue give us the taste about bitter.
