In an ecosystem where the owls eat mice the carrying capacity of both populations has been reached. how would the migration of live affect the carrying capacity of the owl population

Some of them would get killed due to lack of food. Others will migrate to places where they can find food. Hence, the carrying capacity of the owl population would decrease.
