    Sterilization techniques

    Explanation:

    (C) Place all materials in a biohazard bag and autoclave the bag.

Firstly, Autoclaving is a wet sterilization method. In an autoclave laboratory materials can be sterilized at a temperature of 120 degree Celsius under 2 atm pressure. Under these condition no cell could survive. Secondly bio-hazard bags are designed specially so that they could prevent the leak of such bio-hazards. So, to dispose off such pathogenic organism by placing the petridishes in bio-hazard bag and autoclaving will be the best method.
