Answer: most likely a increase in green house gases would lead to climate changes around the world. The earth would heat up more then it already is melting polar Ice caps and raising average temperatures of all the world. The sea level would also rise due to the increasing amount of water from polar glaciers and certain parts of the world would go under water. In short I'd say global temperatures would continue to increase along with sea levels.
