    Explanation:

    The factor which can be controlled in order to save the population of the animals is the human interventions into the animals habitat.

    There must be strict restrictions in order to stop the hunting of the animals. The animals are kept protected from the hunters so that they cannot harm them.

    This is the only factor which is under control else the other factor such as climate control and disappearance of the food sources are not under control.
