    Amylopectin and glycogen are both branched polysaccharide. They both have one reducing end and many nonreducing end. Both of them contain thousands of glucose monomers.

    But they contain branches of different chain length. In case of amylopectin the branches occur at every 25-30 monomeric residues of glucose whereas in glycogen branching occur at every 8-12 glucose monomers.

    As a result their branching occur at different chain length.
