    Glycolysis NADH.

    Citric Acid cycle-NADH and FADH2

The electrons are locked in the Hydrogen atoms carried by the coenzymes.

In the protein carriers, of the matrix in of the mitochondrial and stroma space of chloroplasts; electrons are unbounded by the striping of hydrogen into protons and electrons.

The electrons moved into the electron transport chains.
