Glycolysis, Krebs cycle and oxidative phosphorylation

    Explanation:

    1. glycolysis yield net two ATP, Krebs cycle yield 2ATP but oxidative phosphorylation yield 34ATP

    2. glycolsis occur in cytosol, Krebs cycle in mitochondria matrix while oxidative phosphorylation occur in mitochondria membrane

    3. glycolsis substrate is glucose, Krebs cycle substrate is acetyl CoA which comes from pyruvate while substrate for oxidative phosphorylation reduced NAD and FAD which are generated from Krebs cycle and glycolysis
