    Well the research I have done for a project shows that the body identifies the antibodies, then fights them after finding a solution to get rid of them.

    Explanation:

    In this case Vaccines are weakened forms of viruses/bacteria which are put in your body, so that your body will identify them if you get that specific disease in the future.
