Anybody know any pros and cons about spaceX's environment

Pros

Great benefits package! Healthcare mostly free for employees and lower cost for families. Free coffee, sodas, and some snacks. Break rooms and new and nice!

Cons

Privately own company comes at a cost in the aerospace industry. Long hours and weekends are mandatory. There seems to be a hierarchy in which you must move through in order to succeed for promotions. Outside experience is not has important as inside experience.
