Human beings in environments where the quantity of resources are limited, regulate their energy quantity as a balanced system with the environment by means of endothermic and exothermic reactions.

This happens because the human organism is a system that exchanges energy with the environment that surrounds it, since it does not have an insulator that isolates it from the environment, that is why said human system is considered active.

    Explanation:

Endothermic reactions generate consumption or take of heat from the medium, and a clear example is in environments where the human has to maintain body temperature so he leans on warm / hot areas or surfaces.

On the other hand, exothermic reactions are reactions that release heat to the environment that surrounds them, thus a clear example is sweating or processes that occur when doing physical activity.

If a human is faced with an environment with few resources, these systems will be balanced and there will be processes of endotherm and exotherm to maintain the internal energy of the organism and thus generate its vitality.
