Two genes, A and B, are found on the same chromosome. One homologous chromosome carries alleles A and B, whereas the other homologous chromosome carries alleles a and b. If genes A and B are so closely linked that the recombinant frequency is 0%, only AB and ab gametes will be produced during meiosis.

Genes on separate (non-homologous) chromosomes have a recombination frequency of 50% and are "unlinked". Genes which are close together on the same chromosome have a recombination frequency near to 0% and are "tightly linked". So in this case since the recombination frequency is 0%, only AB and ab will be produced during meiosis.
