Viruses are small structures that can reproduce only in the cell of the host. That means they can't be classified as a living thing. Their composition is very basic, they consist of only two components. One component is DNA and the other one is the protein mantel. They are not able to grow nor to do the metabolic process. Even if they are very small and simple, they are a big threat to the human organism.
