    Biohazards:

    Any biological substance that can cause a threat to the health of living organisms especially human is called biohazards.

    These biohazards include a sample of microorganisms, toxins from a biological source, viruses, etc. Some of the biohazards terms are discussed here

    Medical waste:

    It is also known as Regulated Medical Waste (RMW). These are the wastes that can act as the source of infection. Example of these wastes are dental practices, medical research facilities, laboratories, and veterinary clinics

    Clinical waste:

    These are similar to medical waste but specific in terms of clinical aspects. The example includes bandages, swabs, dressings, etc.

    Biomedical waste:

    These are the wastes generated during the process of diagnosis, prognosis, treatment or during immunization.

    Infectious medical waste:

    These include harmful microorganisms that have the ability to infect patients.

    Healthcare waste:

    These are the byproduct of substances used in healthcare: For example blood, chemicals, medical devices, radioactive material
