Diluted sodium levels in the blood stream

    Explanation:

Drinking too much water, however very rare to happen but can lead to hyponatremia. Basically it dilutes or waters down your sodium levels in the blood. Again it is extremely rare, some cases have described over hydration leading to death during workouts but i believe there is like only 4 confirmed cases of it.
