The infant begins to suck the breast. the sucking stimulates the to begin to release. in response, the releases, to initiate milk production, and to trigger the expulsion of milk from the breast. since oxytocin is also released during it is not uncommon to experience feelings that remind of sexual pleasure when nursing.

That can be true. Everyone (mother) is different. That usually goes away after nursing for awhile.
