What advice should you give to a person exercising on a very hot day? Remember to wear lots of clothes so you can sweat off more weight! Take a lot of breaks, and remember to drink fluids! Don't drink anything, it will give you cramps. Go all out! A hot day is the best time to try for a personal best.
