The electromagnetic waves carry information in various forms of its parameters, that is, period (distance between two crests or troughs), frequency (number of waves per second), amplitude (height of a crest), wavelength (distance between one crest and trough). The values of these different combinations illustrate a wave, its particle, its source, and other information. The various kinds of electromagnetic waves can resolve various kinds of the object as only those electromagnetic waves can be captivated by an object whose wavelength matches with its size.
