In the given case, the client is recommended for ETT, that is, an Exercise Treadmill Test.

Various patients have underlying CAD, that is, coronary artery disease, however, it remains asymptomatic. Thus, prior to starting any new kind of intense activities after years of a sedentary lifestyle, it is suggested that the person should go for ETT to rule out any kind of underlying CAD.

An ETT records the heart's electrical activity on an ECG and takes the readings of blood pressure while one walks on a treadmill. It is usually done to check for any kind of heart disease, or to find of the treatment for heart ailment is efficient.
