The answer is Positive Reinforcement. It is the addition of a reward following a desired behavior. In this case, the client no longer have to record his daily activities if he maintain a sober lifestyle. It occurs when a desirable event or stimulus is presented as a consequence of a behavior and the behavior increases.

    Answer: C. Extinction

I just took the quiz and got this question wrong because I put positive reinforcement so it has to be extinction because the therapist is offering the extinction of a certain duty the client has to put extra work into if he does what the therapist wants.
