Essential nutrients can be synthesized by the body.

    Explanation:

Our body can produce most of the substances it needs from the chemical transformation of the nutrients we eat with food. But there are other nutritive substances that are not produced by our body, and they need to get them ready in the food. These substances are called essential nutrients and, in addition to vitamins, we can mention some amino acids that the body cannot produce, such as isoleucine, leucine, valine, phenylalanine, methionine, threonine, tryptophan and lysine, called essential amino acids.

Essential amino acids should be obtained from the intake of protein rich foods such as meat, milk, cheese and other animal foods. But always remembering that excessive consumption of animal products can cause some harm to the body.
