DNA/RNA synthesis and transport across the membrane.

    Explanation:

The DNA and RNA synthesis is energy requiring process. The ATP is broken down and two phosphates from it are used for incorporation to nucleic acid.

The ATP is also required to transport vesicles across the membrane. Thus the two process that require energy are DNA / RNA synthesis and vesicle transport.
