    The same kind of DNA is present in all the cells of the body. But the gene expression in all the specialized cells are different.

    Example: The cells that are present in pancreas will be responsible for the production of insulin.

    The cells of pancreas will show the gene expression responsible for insulin production and the other genes in pancreas will not express themselves in pancreas. They will only express the gene specialized for insulin production.
