In a certain breed of dog, white spots (w) in their fur is recessive to a solid color coat of fur (W). What would the genotype (s) of a dog with no spots be?

    Answer: either WW (homozygous dominant) or Ww (homozygous dominant)

    Explanation:

    If Solid coat is dominant (W) then there are two options. It's dominant so any genotype with (W) will have the phenotype of Solid coat, or no spots.
