Taq polymerase comes from thermophilic bacterium.

    Explanation:

Taq polymerase is a heat-stable DNA polymerase, an enzyme, and it comes from the thermophilic bacterium, which inhabits hot springs and hot areas.

It was originally isolated from thermophilic bacterium and was named as Thermus aquaticus (T. aquaticus)

This enzyme is heat stable and do to denature easily.

Taq polymerase is very usefull in PCR. Through PCR we can make large number of DNA from a small sample in a very short time.
