    Explanation:

    The process of the translation in eukaryotes is quite complex as few post-transcriptional modifications take place before translation like splicing, capping and tailing.

    The splicing process removes the introns or the non-coding segment from the transcript. The capping at 5' end is done by adding guanine triphosphate through guanyl transferase which removes the triphosphate molecules form the end. The tailing is done at the 3' end by adding the poly (A) tail via poly (A) polymerase.

    No capping is done at the 3' end therefore option - C is the correct answer.
