    D. An oil spill: It will contaminate the water body. It will limit the supply of atmospheric oxygen hence, will result in oxygen defficiency in water. This will lead to decrease in population of the aquatic species or may lead to their extinction.

    E. A volcanic eruption: It is likely to cause major damage as the volcanic lava when erupts it may create huge fire which can burn trees over a long distance from volcanic crator. This event may kill a large diversity of faunal and floral species of an ecosystem.
