Climate change leads to a loss of species

Change in the environment means that species will have to develop new adaptations in order to stay alive. In addition to this if the habitat of one species is decreasing then that species will have to compete with other species for food this will lead to the decrease in population of the species. Climate change leads to the migration of many species meaning overpopulation in some areas of habitat which would also result in competition.
