The question is assuming that the coyotes are the only predators (hence eliminating all predators of the rabbit).

What would happen is that the rabbit population would continue to thrive throughout the years, until the producers cannot support the rabbits, leading to a mass extinction of the rabbits and the destruction of the ecosystem that used to be there.
