    spermatogenesis

    Explanation:

The stem cell that is located inside the seminifeous tubules inside the testis of a male, with a high level of testosterone, start the maturation process that last 74 days.

First the stem cell derived into the spermatogonia, the inmature cell that enters into a mitosis division to multiply the cells with a full number of chromosomes.

Later they enter into a meiosis process in which the spermatogonia turn into primary spermatocyte, then into a second spermatocyte, until being a spermatid. After this process the spermatids have the half of the number of chromosomes.

The last step is to maturate the spermatids into sperm cells with all the cell structures and nutrients.
