A 22-year-old female was ejected from her car after striking a tree head-on. As you approach her, you note obvious closed deformities to both of her femurs.     If she flew out and hit her head then her head would be the main thing to make sure is ok before you try to do anything else the try to take care of her by any other assistance you can give her
