    The answer is; C

This means that the cell has a large volume hence making a lot of products and waste. However, it surface areas of its members are small that the amount is waste that can be removed at any one time is low to enable relief of waste from building up in the cell.

This principle of surface area to volume ratio also applies in loss of heat in animals. Smaller animal loss heat rapidly that larger animals due to the larger surface area to volume ratio of their bodies.
