likely to occur in a bodybuilder or a long-distance runner. Why?

    I would think it's the long distance runner.

    Explanation: Running at any significant distance requires tremendous exertion from the entire body and breathing properly is the key to getting enough oxygen into the bloodstream which then carries it throughout the body.
