    This is end product inhibition. It is a situation in which the product of a reaction inhibits the activities enzyme that catalysis it formation and therefore stop the progress of the reaction.

    E. g in Lactic acid fermentation accumulation of lactic acid lowers the pH of the cells, and therefore affects the active site of the enzymes by disrupting the 3D structure for reactant and enzyme specificity, and therefore prevent the formation of enzyme=substrate complex, which forms the products
