Whta is better for an ecosystem slow changes or fast changes? and why?

    I believe positive changes are better for an ecosystem.

    -provides more sunlight

    -more rain

    = this causes rich soil full of nutrients that allows more species to grow

    I would say slow changes

    Explanation:

    For example Imagine you're really really freezing cold then you're burning up hot. Your body would not react well to this. You may throw up, pass out, ect. Not in the same way obviously to your question but imagine it for that. Although as the changes are beneficial it should be fine either way
