    Yes, carbohydrates, proteins, lipids and nuceluic acids are considered to be organic. All of these molecules are formed by several elements (carbon, phosphorus, nitrogen, etc.) inside of your body, the most important reason as to why they are organic is due to this. When a molecule is produced inside of your body and has carbon, it is considered organic.
