Correct Order : development of a genetic code (ie: RNA/DNA) - -> synthesis of amino acids and other organic building blocks - -> Creation of organic polymers (ie: proteins) - -> evolution of cells

    Explanation:

The correct sequential order for the structural complexity exists when the RNA existed in the world, better to be refered to as the pre RNA world, where RNA existed as the genetic code and transition took place with its being own template to complementary code.

With the genetic code in existence, amino acid synthesis is very much plausible which led to the building of other building blocks and leading to the formation of organic polymers. With these in process, cells were easily evolved as a result.
