    The polymerase chain reaction is the process which is use to replicate DNA in a lab for testing.

    Explanation: In the lab testing, DNA of the sample is amplified in the polymerase chain reaction. Polymerase chain reaction is the cyclic process in which double helix of DNA is separated and used as template for the production of new DNA. The different temperature changes leads to the process of PCR. This technique is known as PCR.
