The islands of Raja Ampat is found in Indonesia, Southeast Asia. It was densely populated with Sharks and other large fish. People were catching this sharks and other large fishes and they couldn't be stopped because they felt intimidated.

Since it became Protected there has been outright ban on fishing in the area which was enforced by making the ban a Law in 2007 and by assigning patrol guards to ensure no one disobeys.

The number of sea animals has been on the increase and It has become a Conservative area for foreigners to visit and also as a source of revenue.
