Viruses are infectious particles made of nucleic acid (DNA or RNA) and protein. Viruses are 100 times smaller than the size of bacteria. Virus is measured in nanometers. Red blood cells (RBCs) or erythrocytes are disc-shaped, enucleated cells present in the blood which contain hemoglobin. RBC is measured in micrometers.
