The kingdoms that contain autotrophic organisms are Eubacteria, Plantae, Fungi, Protista, Archaebacteria.

This is the case because These 5 kingdoms all have organisms that make their own food rather than eating other organisms for food like heterotrophs do. This is why kingdom animalia doesn't have any autotrophs because they can only get energy from other organisms.
