If you know nothing else about an organism except it's scientific name, can you immediately determine what genus and family it is in?

    You can determine which genus and family the animal belongs to because its scientific name was created using its background.

    (Remember, any organism's scientific name will be in the form of Genus, species).

    Explanation: because (for example: crovus.) It is a crow, and we know that a crow is a bird, it is black, has a beak, etc. So yes u can.
