    Explanation:

    Couldn't be A because the parent cell turns into the 2 daughter cells, so only 2 cells in the end. Also couldn't be D because no matter what, both cells should have a nucleus in the end because the chromatin in the nucleus doubles and then copies itself and splits into 2.
